Our Application Process

When you send me an application, it is not a guarantee of a placement. I will still follow up with you for an interview, likely several. 

I will work to find the puppy that best fits your lifestyle and needs. Your application will help me get to know you and learn your priorities and preferences for your new family member. I do not place puppies based on color! Because puppies spend their several weeks with me, I will get to know each of their individual personalities enough to pair the best puppy with each family. Puppies generally won't be matched until after conformation evaluations and temperament testing is done at 8 weeks.

The cost for my puppies is $4000. This helps cover the cost of health testing and titling the parents, stud dog fees, vet bills for the mother and puppies, UKC and ISWS registration, vaccinations and microchips, Embark testing, the cost of feeding and raising the puppies until they are able to go to their new homes, etc. 

Yes. If your application is approved, I will require a non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy. The remainder will be due at pick-up. 

Yes, I provide a written health guarantee and contract for all of my puppies. Also included is 30 days of free health insurance through Trupanion. 

If you live too far to drive and pick up your puppy here in person, the best option is to fly in and fly home with your puppy in-cabin yourself. I am able to meet people at Tulsa International Airport. If choosing to fly, I will provide everything needed for the flight for your puppy. I can provide more information to anyone who needs it. 

I know every loves puppy photos! I will take photos of all puppies once a week on the day of the week that they were born. The photos will be added here to the website as well as my Facebook group. If you haven't joined, please do so. Once puppies start going outside, additional photos get posted to Facebook. 

I am no longer maintaining a waitlist for puppies at this time. I will only open applications for each litter as puppies become available.
